It’s no secret that work can be stressful, whether your team is launching a new initiative/product, going through a merger or is part of a start-up company; yoga is the perfect antidote. Stress alone leads to changes in mood, poor performance, and anxiety. Offering yoga practices to reduce employee stress definitely pays off for organizations.

How

Maha facilitates a transformative yoga practice that induces a creative flow state of mind to produce more innovative thinking and a dynamic team culture. The classes are physically invigorating and mentally calming. The postures will help participants get out of their head and into their body. The goal is to use the yoga posture as a means to an end, to shift the body from a sympathetic state - fight or flight, to a parasympathetic state - calm and relax. The practice incorporates meditation, pranayama (breathwork), essential oils and sound healing vibrations making it a holistic practice for the mind, body, and soul.

Where

Classes are customized to the client’s needs. They can be delivered onsite, at the office space, or a private yoga studio can be reserved. There are no group size minimum or capacity limits. Whatever your specific team needs are, we will meet them and ensure that participants have the best experience possible!

About the Instructor

Maha Bodhi, M.A. is an Organizational Behavior expert and [RYT 300] yoga instructor with a strong background working with Fortune 100 companies, such as AT&T, DIRECTV, Westfield, UCLA and many more.

As a wellness and high-performance expert, Maha offers a wide range of programs that include motivational and wellness speaking engagements, meditation practices, breathing techniques, yin-yoga practices, and overall mindfulness educational offerings.

The goal is to create clarity in the mind, allowing participants to reach their fullest potential.
