No better way to end the evening than with a zen-on-zen yin yoga practice. Think of it as yoga’s version of stretching. This practice involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. The postures are designed to target the connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons and fascia, and work into the major joints of the body to increase mobility and range of motion.
